My bag was shipped from Italy to the United States. I received my bag within 2 days of it being shipped which was incredible. I was emailed every step of the way and updated with where the bag was and when it would be delivered. Easy door to door process, and would use Uni Baggage again anytime!

Very straightforward service despite concerns that my address for pick-up would be hard to find (there’s no way of adding pick-up instructions, initially, and it states that the courier will not call or make any attempt to contact if they can’t find the address BUT I just badgered DHL to make sure things went smoothly!) Arrived in good time, track and trace very efficient. Be aware of prohibited items though which is a lot more restrictive than if you’re carrying baggage with you on flights...
